Trevor Best

Managing Director

Trevor is Corpad’s founding Director, with overall responsibility for the group.

He brings a wealth of experience, having spent a lifetime in the occupational pensions field.

Previous posts include Managing Director of AWD Chase De Vere Consulting and Operations Director of AWD Group PLC.

Gillian Best

Director

Joanna Wilkinson

Head of Finance

Joanne is responsible for finance and delivery of services to clients.

She has an honours degree in Business Studies and over 25 years’ experience in business administration and finance roles.

Joanne has previously worked at Zurich Insurance and JLT Consulting.

Samantha Eamonson

Operations Manager

Samantha is responsible for the effective delivery of services to clients.
This includes the implementation of compliant processes and best practice across the group.

Previous posts include Administration Manager for AWD’s northern Employee Benefits Division and Cigna Employee Benefits.

Dave Dresner Barnes

Development Director

Dave is responsible for the design and introduction of new services within Corpad.

Previously an IFA, he has over 30 years’ consulting experience, advising both corporate and personal clients.

Dave also manages the relationship with several larger clients and provides technical support on pensions and employee benefits.

Andrew Clarke

Wealth Management Director

Primarily responsible for managing client relationships; advising at both private wealth and corporate level.
He has worked in pensions throughout his career, including 12 years as an Independent Financial Adviser.

Previous posts include Sedgwick Noble Lowndes and Towry Law and has worked closely with the Corpad Executive Team since 2008.

Stuart Stroud

Managing Director

Stuart is Managing Director of the Employee Benefits division and brings over 27 years of experience to the leadership team.

He has a proven track record of creating and developing successful long-term client relationships; and by providing a proactive, consultancy-led service, his clients are able to maximise the return on their employee benefits spend.

Mike Holland

Employee Benefits Director

Mike has over 30 years’ experience dealing with employers of all sizes, ranging from major blue-chip organisations to smaller owner-managed businesses.

His in-depth knowledge of employee benefit solutions is coupled with an understanding of how best to implement a benefit package; and the effective use of technology to communicate these to staff.

Howard Cox

Employee Benefits Director

Howard is a Chartered Financial Planner and responsible for developing new and expanding existing client relationships. He works with companies and individuals to communicate and deliver a comprehensive range of employee benefits tailored to the needs of his clients and their staff.

He brings extensive board level management and regulatory experience in managing retail financial services businesses encompassing corporate employee reward benefits, wealth management and investment strategies.

Howard initially trained as an engineer before embarking on a career in financial services. He has been CEO and director of several national financial services businesses and more latterly a partner within a top ten accountancy practice.

Charlotte Marshall

Marketing Director

Charlotte is responsible for all facets of marketing including strategic planning, brand management, communications, PR and business development.

She has a proven track record within the corporate benefits, private wealth management, banking and investment management industries.

As Marketing Director and Chartered Manager, she has a wealth of experience working alongside accountants, solicitors and financial service providers.
